S&P Construction and Cleaning is a family owned and operated construction company that has been in operation for over 20 years based in Cleveland, Ohio. We do both commercial and residential rehab as well as property preservation. We also offer maintenance contracts on finished projects. Prices range from starter house punch lists and rehabs up to investor portfolios. We also provide photo and or video progression weekly for out of state customers. Financing terms are also available.

Here are some photos of previous work we've done:

^ The old door was removed and rebuilt to match the existing door as well as installed new hardware.

^ The wallpaper in the room was completely removed and the walls were then painted.

^ The cracked section of the cast iron stack pipe was identified, removed, and replaced with PVC . The wall was also repaired after the pipe was replaced.

^ The entire room was cleaned out and painted after that custom floating butcher block countertop was installed.

^ Light kitchen upgrade including new faucet, disposal, and backsplash.

^ Complete attic build including new electrical from fuse panel, fully dry walled, and painted.

^ The original fence was removed and replaced entirely along with removing a tree and trimming the branches of another tree.

^The porches were rehabbed and sealed. We also built and installed the lattice fence extension.

^ The original door was removed, a new door frame was built and a new door was installed.

^Both fuse panels were removed and completely replaced and organized.

^ The cast iron stack pipe was cracked just below the second floor toilet so it was removed and replaced, through the kitchen ceiling, all the way from the second floor all the way to the basement. We also installed a new tub drain and connected it back into the stack pipe.
